Agnes Caron age 76 of Tracy, MN died Sunday, November 23,
2008 at the Hospice House in Marshall, MN. Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 26,
2008 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Tracy.
Agnes “Aggie” A. Caron was born August 19, 1931 to John and
Leah (Giroux) Kass in Tracy, MN. She was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith and grew up on a
farm near Tracy. She then attended
Tracy Public Schools, graduating from Tracy High School in 1949. Aggie then attended Flight Attendant
School in Kansas City, MO for two years before moving back to Marshall, MN.
On February 16, 1953, Aggie married Merlyn Caron in Tracy
and they made their home in Marshall. In 1963 they moved to Tracy and she remained there the rest of her life. Aggie worked for Whiting Lumber in
Tracy as a bookkeeper for some time before working with her husband at Caron
Farm Supply and later, Caron’s Fuel.
She was a life long member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church
in Tracy. Aggie enjoyed sewing,
knitting, crocheting, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and
friends and little trips up to Jackpot Junction Casino.
In October of 2008, Aggie became a resident of the Hospice
House in Marshall where she died, surrounded by her loving family, Sunday, November
23, 2008 at the age of 77.
Aggie is survived by her one daughter, Connie Caron (Glen
Moon) of Woodbury, MN; one son, Robert (Donna) Caron of Tracy, MN; five
grandchildren, Bailey, Jayde and Sawyer Moon and Clay (Melody) and Cayla Caron;
two great grandchildren, Hailey and Makenna Caron; one sister, Connie Andries
of CA; special little friend, Traeh Siekmann; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Her husband, Merlyn, her parents, one sister, Lorraine
Lanoue and one brother, Kenny Kass preceded her in death.
Interment will be at the Calvary Cemetery in Tracy. The Almlie Funeral Home of Tracy is
handling the arrangements.

Louis Dolan age 93 of Milroy, died Thursday, November 20,
2008, in the Redwood Area Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday,
November 22, 2008 in St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Milroy with burial in the
church cemetery.
Louis John Dolan was born December 11, 1914 to John and Mary
(Pavek) Dolan in Granite Rock Township, Redwood County, Minnesota. He was
baptized and confirmed in Our Lady of Victory Church in Lucan. He attended
elementary school in District 81 country school and graduated from Milroy High
School in 1932. He also attended Mankato Commercial College for two years.
Louis was united in marriage to Lucille Balfany on October 8, 1941 in St.
Michael’s Church in Milroy. Born to them were 8 children. They farmed
near Milroy with his father and he continued to farm until retiring in 1983
when he and Lucille moved into Milroy. Lucille died on November 1, 1993 and in
1996 he was united in marriage to Dorothy Stattleman. She died in November of
2002. He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Milroy where he had
been treasurer for 3 years, was one of the to first serve as a lector & a
communion distributor and served on the board for the building committee for
the church in 1960. Louie served as a member of the Redwood County Farm Home
Association Board for 3 years, Milroy School Board for 12 years, Milroy City
Council for 9 years and was a charter member of the Milroy Lions Club. He also
was a member of the Knights of Columbus and played softball and baseball for Lucan
and Milroy teams for many years.
Louis J. Dolan died on Thursday, November 20, 2008 in the
Redwood Area Hospital at the age of 93 years, 11 months and 21 days.
He is survived by his children; Denis (Judy Roadfeldt) of
Cedar Falls, IA, Joseph (Lynne Hileman) of Burnsville, Joan (Kenneth) Zwach of
Chanhassen, Jane (Thomas) Schultz of Burnsville, Alice Dolan of Bloomington,
Patrick (Lori Zwach) of Lucan, and William (Lynne Scanlon) of Edina &
son-in-law Jerry Eichten of Redwood Falls. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren:
Cheri Dallmann, Mike & Pat Eichten, Matt, Tim & Andy Dolan, Molly
Edwards, Jane LaPorte, Steve Zwach, Jon, Mark, Jeff, Brian and Tricia Dolan, 18
great-grandchildren: Andy & Jessica Dallmann, Christopher, Justin, Neil, Kendra,
Karlee and Cora Eichten, Steven Auge, Kaitlen, Mitchell & Sam Dolan,
Rebekah, Alex & Joey LaPorte, Tommy & Abby Zwach & Joey Dolan and
siblings: Agnes (Ad) Marquardt, Margaret LeTourneau, Dorothy (Roy) Rohlik, Mark
“Spike” (Vicki) Dolan, Nora Schommer & Don & Connie Dolan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Lucille
and Dorothy, daughter Cathleen Eichten, brothers Pat, Joe, Jack & Lawrence
Dolan and sisters Helen Schwab and Mary Ellen Peterson and grandson Thomas
Eichten.

Nancy Lee Finn age 73 of Tracy, MN died Sunday,
November 23, 2008 at the Prairie View Healthcare Center in Tracy. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday,
November 29, 2008 at the Tracy Alliance Church. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday,
November 28, 2008 at the Almlie Funeral Home in Tracy with a prayer service at
7:30 p.m.
Nancy Lee Finn was born January 28, 1935 to Henry and
Goldie (Smith) Shanley in Vesta, MN. She was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith and attended Echo
Public Schools in Echo, MN. After
her graduation, Nancy attended Mankato Business School for one year.
On April 12, 1975 Nancy married Daniel Finn in
Willmar, MN where they made their home. She was a cook at the Town Talk Café in Willmar for five years and held
other various jobs in the Willmar area in the past.
They moved to Marshall, MN in 1992 and then in 2001
they moved to the Twin Circle Apartments in Tracy, MN. Nancy was a past member of the
Presbyterian Church in Vesta and the Eagles Club in Willmar. Over the years, she enjoyed playing
softball, piano, singing, playing cards, crocheting, reading, and Bingo.
On Sunday, November 23, 2008 Nancy died, surrounded
by her loving family, at the Prairie View Healthcare Center in Tracy at the age
of 73.
Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Michelle
(Kevin) Vickerman of Tracy, MN and Kathryn (Wesley) Penske of Marshall, MN;
four grandchildren, Jordan, Amber Stephanie and Jennifer Penske; and friends.
Her husband, Daniel, one son, Scott Cassman and her
parents preceded her in death.
Interment will be at the Tracy City Cemetery. The Almlie Funeral Home of Tracy is
handling the arrangements.

Pauline Bernadine Radke, age 70, of
Walnut Grove passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Sanford Hospital in
Sioux Falls, SD. Memorial Services were held on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008
at the Walnut Grove Funeral Home.
Pauline Bernadine Radke was born
December 12, 1937 in Winnetoon, Nebraska to Ewald and Agnes (Eliza)
Filter. As a child, she moved to Minnesota and was raised around
Tracy. Pauline was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith.
She attended Tracy schools. On June 18, 1954, she was united in marriage
to Robert W. Radke. The couple made their home in the Tracy area until
1968 when they moved to the Walnut Grove area. Pauline worked at the Red
Rooster, Tracy Laundry, Dairy Queen, and was also employed by Schotts in Marshall.
She enjoyed playing horseshoes, camping, fishing, hunting, and spending time
with her family.
Pauline is survived by her son Dale
of Hancock; sisters: Irene Petersen, Dolores Frederick of Tracy, and Alice
Trebesch of Springfield; brothers: Lawrence Filter of Marshall, and Charles
Filter of Tracy; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death
by her parents; husband Bob in 1998; brother Otto; and sisters: Lois Ann,
Marceline, Martha, Hazel and Alma.

Connie Lynn Towne age 54 of Balaton,
MN died Thursday, November 20, 2008 in Balaton, MN. Services were held on Monday, November 24, 2008 at the
Trinity Lutheran Church in Balaton.
Connie Lynn Towne was born August 8,
1954 to Norman and Alice (Ouverson) Tesch in St. Clair, MI. She was baptized on September 26, 1954
in Canby, MN and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. Connie attended schools in Galesburg, IL and Marshall,
MN. She then moved to Texas and
was a cook at the Ft. Hood U.S. Army base.
On March 10, 1979 Connie married
Jerry Towne at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Balaton, MN and they made their
home on a farm between Balaton and Garvin, MN. In 1998 she moved into Balaton where she continued to live
until her death.
Connie and Jerry farmed full-time
and operated The Huddle in Balaton. Over the years she was a cook at SMSU food service and the Colonial
Manor Nursing Home in Balaton. She
also worked as a home healthcare aid for area residents for several years.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran
Church in Balaton and enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, following her children
and grandchildren’s activities and simply getting together with her friends and
family for fun.
On Thursday, November 20, 2008
Connie died at a friend’s home in Balaton at the age of 54.
Connie is survived by her one son,
Anton (Wendy) Towne of Granite Falls, MN; one daughter, Nichole (Chad) Schreier
of Garvin, MN; five grandchildren, Xavier, Zachary and Gavyn Towne and Taylor
and Trevor Eisfeld; one brother, James (Pam) Tesch of Lafayette, IN; one
sister, Kim (Mike Plocker) Johnson of Morris, MN; two uncles; nieces, nephews
and cousins.
Her parents, one granddaughter,
Chazinne Towne and one brother, Orland Tesch preceded her in death.
Interment was at the Lakeside
Cemetery, rural Balaton. The
