Rodney Milner, 63

Funeral service for Rodney Milner, 63, of Slayton, formerly of Marshall, were held on Friday, March 19, 2010, at First Lutheran Church in Marshall.  Interment followed the service at Marshall Cemetery.

Rodney Martin Milner was born on November 15, 1946, in Marshall, to Vincent and Audrey (Swanson) Milner.  He was baptized in to the Christian faith on December 12, 1946, at First Lutheran Church in Marshall.  Rodney graduated from the Marshall High School in 1964.  He worked for Swifts and the Klein Honey Farm. 

Rodney was married to Christina (Amanda) Kelly on September 25, 1989 and later divorced.  His interests included visiting with friends, fishing, cards, crocheting useful items and spending time on the computer.

Rodney died on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at the Slayton Hospital in Slayton, MN.  He is survived by Amanda Kelly; a cousin, Art Milner, Sr.; and cousins of his parents, including Laurie and El Ziemke.
