Don’t tell Dave Hoyt that there’s nothing exciting about a can of oil.
Not only would he disagree with you, he has proof that something as simple as that does, in fact, carry some interest. At least for him.
For the last 84 years, a Hoyt has been owning and operating Hoyt Oil & Service on Hwy. 14 in Walnut Grove. The last of that legacy — Dave and Wanda Hoyt — have sold the business to a Pittsburg, KS-based company called Snak Atak, which closed on the business last Monday.
