INTERNATIONALLY-KNOWN COUNTRY MUSIC SONGWRITER AND TRACY NATIVE DENNIS MORGAN pauses with his Tracy friends after he was recognized in the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s Poets & Prophets salute in Nashville on Saturday. Morgan, who has written more than 20 No. 1 singles, is a successful song publisher, a four-time BMI Songwriter of the Year, two-time BMI Pop Songwriter of the Year and a 2004 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee.
