hwy. 14 work in balaton continues
THE SLOPE REPAIR PROJECT ON HWY. 14 near the southwest end of Lake Yankton in Balaton is well underway. Crews are upgrading drainage systems, installing curb and gutter, constructing a new pavement shoulder, and installing new guardrails.Traffic is shifted to one lane and uses the shoulder opposite of where the work is taking place as a driving lane.
