We really couldn’t ask for better weather this past week, could we?. The skies have been blue — and sometimes cloudless — and that has allowed us all to dry out a bit.
So, the big question is: What lies ahead for the big weekend?
Well, it’s a mixed bag (and remember, this is just a forecast).
Another pleasant day is in store for us today (Sept. 28), but there are chances of showers Friday through Monday. That doesn’t mean Box Car Days will be a washout as it was a few years ago, but it might be a good idea to plan ahead and keep that umbrella handy.
Highs over the next few days will be in the 70s, and September will start out nice.
The first week of the new month looks dry and nice.
