Bingo winners this week were Ludema and Delores. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings we start out our day with a little half hour exercise to get our muscles and joints moving. Tuesday afternoon, the residents got to take their chance at On the Double Dice. With this there is a prize that is wrapped 5 or 6 or as many times as you want. If the resident rolls doubles, they get to unwrap a layer. The person who unwraps the last layer wins the prize. This is always a fun game filled with anticipation on who will win the prize and what the prize is.
Wednesday, the chapel service was led by Paster Miron and Catholic Communion was led by Marianne B. Wednesday afternoon we had an intense game of Modified Scrabble. There were two teams playing against each other with 20 Scrabble letters. They had to come up with as many words as possible using only those tiles. Thursday, residents spent a little time remembering all things fall with trivia and puzzles then enjoyed some amazing pie to celebrate a birthday.
Friday was a little more laid back with a classic favorite L-C-R dice game.
