The Tracy EDA last Wednesday recommended the approval of a task order with Bollig Engineering, signaling another step in the Front St. housing development project.
The task order is not to exceed $16,000 and includes a field survey ($4,000), finalized concept plan ($3,000), preliminary and final platting ($7,000) and cost estimate ($2,000).
The EDA’s recommendation was brought before the Tracy City Council on Monday, and the council approved the task order.
