Bingo winners this week were Betty and Delores Tuesday morning, the ladies waited there turn to get their nails trimmed, shaped and polished. Then some of the residents got together for Resident Counsel. On Tuesday afternoon, the residents played a friendly game of Family Fued.
Wednesday morning worship was led Pastor Miron and Catholic Communion was let by Marianne B. Wednesday afternoon, we enjoyed a fun dice game of Fargo.
Thursday morning, the residents were joined by Advanced Opportunities in a fun game of bingo. In the afternoon we started our indoor gardening, touching up our indoor plants and did some experimenting with planting lemon seeds. We also got to enjoy a birthday celebration with Laurel and have Angelfood cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
On Friday, in honor of October being National Apple Month, we did apple tasting. The residents tasted five different kinds of apples — Honey Crisp, Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Fuji and First Kiss.
