Sanford Tracy Medical Center has been recognized with 2025 Performance Leadership Awards for excellence in quality.
Compiled by the Chartis Center for Rural Health, the Performance Leadership Awards honor top quartile performance (i.e., 75th percentile or above) among rural hospitals in quality, outcomes and/or patient perspective.
“As a rural Minnesota hospital, our team continues to add and enhance quality measures for our patients and their families to ensure we are providing the best health care for our community and surrounding communities,” said Stacy Barstad, chief executive officer at Sanford Tracy. “Providing our patients with quality health care close to home is invaluable, especially for patients who would otherwise travel several miles for their appointment.”
The Performance Leadership Awards are based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX, the industry’s most comprehensive and objective assessment of rural hospital performance.
Sanford Westbrook Medical Center was also recognized with a 2025 Performance Leadership Award for excellence in quality.
