Highlights from area newspapers
Rylan Skorczewski was recently named the Touchstone Energy Scholar of the Week. The son of Craig and Sarah Skorczewski earned a check for $250. The Hendricks Public School student maintains a 4.0 GPA.
Tyler Tribute
A total of 54 vendors now occupy the Corner Marketplace in Tyler. A year ago at this time, there were about a dozen in the building, which once was home to DeBoer Motors and Car Corral.
Lamberton News
The Lamberton Handi-Mart sold their businesses and are now Snak-Atak stores. The businesses were sold in September.

Taylor Beyer was recently awarded the Springfield Area Lions Citizenship Award. She plans on attending MSUMankato next fall.
