A Minneota man and Tracy High School graduate was killed in a head-on collision on an icy Murray County road on Monday.
According to the State Patrol, Dennis Keith Kor, 58, was killed when the 2014 Freightliner semi he was driving collided with a 2022 International straight truck on Hwy. 59 in Mason Township.
Kor, a 1985 graduate of Tracy High School School, was not wearing a seat belt, according to State Patrol.
The driver of the other vehicle, 61-year-old Michael Arthur Griffin of Tyler, received lifethreatening injuries and was transported to Sanford Sioux Falls. He was wearing a seat belt.
Assisting at the scene were the Murray County Sheriff’s Office, Slayton Fire Department, Murray County Ambulance and Currie First Responders.
