The holiday week was filled with joy, fellowship, and festive celebrations for residents. On Monday morning, the ladies gathered to refresh their nails, enjoying a relaxing and cheerful time getting polished and holiday ready. The afternoon brought a favorite activity — Bingo — where residents enjoyed friendly competition and laughter.
Tuesday morning marked a highlight of the week as residents came together for a Christmas party. Each resident received thoughtful gifts from staff and members of the community. Watching the residents open their presents was truly heartwarming, as smiles and joy filled the room. That evening, residents gathered once again for a Lighted Christmas Eve service led by Pastor Miron, Pastor Thor, and Pastor Deb. The service was a beautiful and meaningful way to reflect on the season.
Midweek celebrations continued Wednesday, Christmas Eve, beginning with Chapel led by Pastor Swanson. Many residents then spent the remainder of the day visiting with family and friends, sharing precious holiday moments together.
Thursday, Christmas Day, was celebrated with a special Christmas dinner. Numerous family members joined their loved ones, making the day even more memorable. The week concluded on Friday afternoon with a festive game of Christmas Bingo featuring special prizes. Congratulations to Bingo winners Wanda and Judy, who ended the week on a winning note.
A special thank you goes out to the wonderful community, the dedicated staff at Prairie View Senior Living, and to all the family members who go above and beyond to make our residents feel so loved and cherished during this special holiday season. Your kindness, generosity, and support truly made this Christmas one to remember.
