A week full of fun, fellowship and fond memories Residents enjoyed a lively and engaging week filled with activities that brought smiles, laughter and meaningful moments.

The week began with a friendly game of Bingo, giving residents a chance to socialize and enjoy some lighthearted competition. On Tuesday morning, the ladies gathered for a little pampering as they had their nails polished, while the afternoon was spent tending to indoor plants. Residents proudly brought together the greenery they had been nurturing and enjoyed time gardening indoors. The evening wrapped up in the day room with a special storytime session, where residents reminisced and shared memories.

Wednesday morning offered spiritual nourishment with Chapel led by Sara E., followed by Catholic Communion led by Carol B. Later that afternoon, the delicious aroma of baking filled the halls as residents worked together to make pull-apart cinnamon bread — a treat that smelled as wonderful as it tasted.

Thursday brought a fun celebration of Elvis Presley’s birthday. Residents honored the King of Rock-n-Roll by playing a dice game called All Shook Up. The activity sparked lively conversation, laughter, and many fond memories of Elvis and his music.

On Friday, the popular Punch Bingo made its return. With 25 cups arranged like a bingo card, each covered in tissue paper and numbered, residents had the exciting chance to “punch” a cup when their number was called — sometimes revealing a special prize. The interactive game kept everyone engaged and added an extra layer of excitement to the day.

The week concluded Saturday morning with another round of traditional Bingo. Congratulations go out to this week’s bingo winners, Wanda and Joyce, who ended the week on a high note.

It was truly a wonderful week filled with creativity, connection and joyful moments for everyone involved.
