Going once …

going once …

MORE THAN $6,000 WAS RAISED AT TRACY LUTHERAN CHURCH’S ANNUAL PIE AUCTION ON SUNDAY. The highest bid for a pie — 49 of them were auctioned off — was north of $300. UPPER LEFT: Ava Swenhaugen was one of the many TLC youth to show off pies to the bidder. UPPER RIGHT: You can see the jovial frustration on the face of Kari Lanudyt, who was outbid for her favorite pie. RIGHT: The audience listes as Greg “Don’t Call Me Bosacker” Carlson reads a description of a pie. LEFT: A cunning Dane Schmeising was the winning bidder of a creamy peanut butter pie.
