On Tuesday, residents took a heartfelt trip down memory lane during “Roll a Memory,” a dice game that sparked wonderful conversations. Depending on the number rolled, residents answered nostalgic prompts like, “Where did you go on your first date?” and “What did you do?” Stories flowed easily as they reminisced about cherished recipes, old-time games, and the simple joys of years gone by.
Wednesday began with spiritual care and connection, as Chapel was led by Pastor Swanson and Catholic Mass was led by Father Andy. In the afternoon, residents switched gears for some creative thinking and laughter while playing Scattergories.
Thursday afternoon brought the joy of music to the community as residents gathered for a sing-a-long featuring many of their favorite songs — filling the room with familiar melodies and shared memories.
Friday brought a sweet celebration with a special version of February Bingo. Residents enjoyed fresh strawberries in honor of National Strawberry Day.
The week wrapped up Saturday morning with another round of traditional Bingo. Congratulations to this week’s Bingo winners: Laurel, Alice, and Delores!
