JoAnn R. Wehmeyer, age 78 of Westbrook, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Memorial Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2026 at Westbrook Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Friday.
