Residents at Prairie View enjoyed another fun-filled week with a variety of activities, games, worship, and creativity.
The week began on Monday with a traditional game of Bingo, always a favorite among the residents. On Tuesday afternoon, residents put their minds to the test as they played an exciting game of Jeopardy.
Wednesday began with Chapel led by Vicar Angie, followed by Catholic Communion led by Mike. Later that afternoon, residents put on their craft hats and created colorful clothespin dragonflies. It was wonderful to see each resident’s creativity shine through in their own unique way.
On Thursday, residents tried a new game called Category Countdown, which brought plenty of thinking, laughter, and friendly competition. Friday was a more relaxing day as residents gathered in the day room to watch the movie Wonder. The residents really enjoyed the heartwarming movie. This week’s Bingo winners were Lois and Joyce.
Prairie View also invites the community to its upcoming Pie and Ice Cream Social on June 18. The free will event will be held at The Caboose, from 5-7 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Cowboy Dave. Everyone is welcome to attend.
