Residents at Prairie View Senior Living enjoyed another wonderful week filled with games, treats, music, and outdoor fun.
The week began on Monday with a favorite activity— traditional Bingo. On Tuesday morning, the ladies gathered for a relaxing time of conversation and music while having their nails beautifully polished. That afternoon, residents practiced their baking skills by creating tasty dirt cups topped with strawberries arranged to look like flowers. Tuesday evening ended with residents gathering in the day room for story time. A story read from back in the day followed by reminiscing.
Wednesday morning began with Chapel led by Pastor Swanson, followed by Catholic Mass led by Father Andy. That afternoon, residents divided into teams and battled it out during a lively game of Family Feud.
The beautiful weather on Thursday provided the perfect opportunity for golf cart rides around town. Residents took turns enjoying the fresh air and seeing the local sights. After returning to Prairie View, everyone cooled off with a delicious root beer float.
On Friday afternoon, residents tested their luck during a game of Lucky Number Dice. The week concluded on Saturday morning with another round of traditional Bingo. Congratulations to Bev, this week’s Bingo winner!
It was another fun-filled week at Prairie View, complete with laughter, fellowship, friendly competition, and plenty of sweet treats.
