Your Weather

The dog days of summer are upon us in case you didn’t notice. There were four 90-plus-degree days from July 25-29, and combined with humidity, heat indexes also rose to over 100 each of those days.

Besides some less sultry temps, we’re also hoping for some precipitation — the last measurable rain fell on July 20, and it was barely measurable. July has seeen just over 1.5” inches of rain in one of our driest months in quite awhile.

There is some rain in the forecast for today (July 30) and Friday, so let’s keep our fingers crossed that we end July on a soggy note. Temps will stay in the 80s for at least the next week.
