A NEW DIGITAL WELCOME SIGN was installed Wednesday morning at the site of the tornado memorial. AP Designs out of Marshall installed the Daktronics sign, with Kim Daniels behind the wheel of the lift to help place it. Mears Electric was also on site Wednesday for the wiring.
