It was another fun-filled week for the residents at Prairie View Senior Living! On Monday, residents started the week with a favorite activity — a traditional game of Bingo.
Tuesday afternoon, the residents put on their chef’s hats and headed to the kitchen to bake a delicious peach cobbler. There is always something special about spending time together in the kitchen, and of course, enjoying the tasty results afterward!
Wednesday morning began with Chapel led by Vicar Angie. Later that afternoon, residents gathered for a fun game of Lucky 50 Dice.
Thursday was an extra special outing as several residents had the opportunity to attend the Murray County Fair.
On Friday afternoon, residents gathered in the day room for a relaxing movie “Ordinary Angels” and popcorn. The week then came to a close with another traditional game of Bingo.
Congratulations to this week’s Bingo winners, Carol and Vida! We would also like to extend a very special thank you to the gentlemen from the Murray County 4-H group who helped us during our trip to the fair. Your generosity, kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand were truly appreciated. Thank you for helping make this special outing even more enjoyable for our residents!
