Residents at Prairie View Senior Living enjoyed another wonderful week filled with creativity, fellowship, friendly competition, and preparations for the upcoming Halloween festivities.
The week began with a slight change in routine as the ladies gathered Monday morning for Fancy Nails, enjoying music, conversation, and a little pampering. That afternoon, residents embraced the fall season by painting pumpkins and showing off their creativity.
Tuesday afternoon, residents gathered for their traditional game of Bingo, always a favorite at Prairie View.
Wednesday morning, Vicar Angie led Chapel, followed by Catholic Communion led by Jeanine V. Later that afternoon, residents put their knowledge of Scripture to the test with a fun game of Bible Trivia.
Thursday afternoon brought a new dice game called Roll to 31. The residents enjoyed it so much that they quickly declared it a keeper! Friday afternoon, we brought back an old favorite, Fargo. While residents have enjoyed trying new games, there’s always something special about returning to the classics.
Saturday, residents wrapped up the week with another traditional game of Bingo. Congratulations to this week’s Bingo winners, Carol and Vida!
Throughout the week, residents have also been busy filling treat bags and creating decorations for our Halloween photo backdrop. Their hard work and creativity are helping make this year’s celebration extra special.
We invite everyone to stop by Prairie View, grab a treat, and capture a fun memory at our Halloween photo backdrop! We look forward to sharing the Halloween spirit with our families, friends, and community.
