ALMOST 30 PEOPLE attended the Wheels Across the Prairie Hertiage Center’s Annual Meeting on Monday. Tracy Community Development Director Tom Dobson and Lyon County Commissioner Rick Anderson spoke along with Dorothy Radamacher, and music was prvided by Glen Anderson and Gale Otto.
