JIM CRUISE, A.K.A. “THE SPOON MAN,” performed at the Tracy Public Library on Tuesday evening. Cruise is a musician, author, comedian and speaker who offers an interactive comedy program for all ages. He has been playing the spoons for more than 35 years and professionally for over 25 years. He plays with two ordinary household tablespoons, accompanied by background music. He is also known to get his audience involved, as can be seen in the photo at left where he performs with Matthew Schonhardt’s assistance.
